ALL SALES ARE FINAL, THERE ARE ABSOLUETLY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for wigs, bundle hair, closures, frontals, ponytails, products, training classes or any wig orders. 

We are not responsible for any online custom wig orders that are placed with inaccurate head measurements causing improper fitting.   When sending in your own hair for our SYOH (send your own hair) Construction all bundles, closures and frontals must be the same texture and lengths
