ONLINE CUSTOM WIG ORDERS: 7-21 business days

Orders placed online can not be returned, cancelled, or changed once the order is placed or received.

When your custom wig order has been placed online you will receive an email of confirmation. Your order form is a consent form confirming your wig measurements that were placed online. YOU MUST RETURN THE EMAIL BACK TO US WITH ALL INFORMATION APPROVED BY YOU AS AGREED THAT WILL CONFIRM YOUR ORDER SO CONSTRUCTION OF YOUR WIG CAN BEGIN. IF THE EMAIL IS NOT RETURNED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BEING SENT TO YOU, WE WILL MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR ORDER AS STATED ON THE ORDER FORM PER YOUR CONSENT THIS FORM WILL BE YOUR CONFIRMED APPROVAL.

SHIPPING TIME: 3-5 business days

You will receive a tracking number that will be sent to your email so you can track your order.

Once your shipment has been shipped out the package is out of our reach. We are not responsible for the proposed delivery time. Please check with USPS, or UPS shipper for tracking and delivery times.

Mane Versatility, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items so make sure you have the correct address provided at time of purchase and confirmed by email with approval.
