WIG REPAIR SERVICE

Do you have a Mane Versatility Wig/Unit that may need some TLC? Let us perform wig surgery to restore your wig back to life for you.
This service includes:
- Wig Bath
- Wig Detox Cleaning
- Intense Conditioner
- Lace Cleaning
- Secure or replacing adjustable band & combs (as needed)
- Retighten and Rework wefts
- Amend fractures and holes in lace
- Wig Trim
- Restyle
Wig Add Ons can be added with this service in the "Add this to my Wig" Tab add this service prior to checkout.
Once we receive your wig, we will perform a wig analysis and during this process we will contact you by email, if we detect any repairs minor or major. There will be an additional cost if you would like this corrected.
Pending: The time waiting to receive your wig after online purchase please send your wig 3-4 business days to be processed and received. We strongly suggest when selecting this plan of service, you are ready to send your wig to us at that time. This will prevent any other unforeseen delays. Once you have shipped your wig and obtained the tracking number, please email us at customerinfo@maneversatilityllc.com
The Process: Your wig will be in production once we receive it, and it has been analyzed. A representative will contact you regarding your unit to advise you of our findings.
Turnaround Time: Please allow 10 business days for this service; past the 5th day your order will not be fulfilled, and your money will be refunded in full. Your order will be shipped out on the 10th business day. After shipping of your unit allow 3 business days to receive the wig. A tracking number will be emailed to you automatically once we have shipped your wig to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are sent from Mane Versatility LLC, company. Once we have informed you of the tracking number, you will have to contact USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex for any additional information you may need regarding tracking shipments. Adding insurance is a great option when sending any packages.
